What We’re Looking For:

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail supervisory role
Responsibilities:

Assign sales workers to duties

Authorize payments by cheque

Order merchandise and authorize the return of merchandise

Establish work schedules for staff

Sell merchandise to customers

Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters

Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

Organize and maintain inventory

Supervise and coordinate activities of workers

Proficient in using MS Office, especially MS Word
