Plan and organize daily operations

Set work schedules and supervise staff

Train, conduct performance reviews, and enforce policies

Handle cash reports, balance sheets, and related forms

Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and health and safety guidelines

Maintain inventory and negotiate with suppliers

Address customer complaints and provide excellent service
