Job Overview:
ROADSHIP FREIGHT SYSTEMS is looking for a dedicated and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join their team in Milton, Ontario. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers, coordinating activities, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and managing the smooth execution of daily operations. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires flexibility and a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
What We’re Looking For:

Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (3 months to less than 1 year)

Experience: 1 to 7 months of relevant experience
Responsibilities:

Supervise workers and manage projects

Train and arrange training for team members

Coordinate and schedule activities

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies

Manage and oversee a team of 5-10 people
Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word

Experience in trucking and dispatching
